SHOW NOTES
About Beth Coldrick
BAO SKINCARE was founded by Beth. With her passionate, happy spirit her dream is to help heal all kinds of skin concerns and to provide face and body products using only the best ingredients, providing noticeable results to everyone and every age. Hence calling her brand BAO- meaning Beth’s Aromatherapy Organic! Pronounced “BAY-O”
After struggling with her health for many years, in 2009 our founder Beth was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. But suffering with really sensitive skin was a new experience for her, this was due to the side effects from many medications. She has been creating and hand making natural skin care since 2012 and loves to research about how to keep the body happy and healthy. From what makes people age to how skin glows from within, she is always striving to find the best ways to keep your skin bright and dewy. Beth has created all of the formulations herself, using natural, vegan and organic ingredients that only nourish, balance and repair the skin deep down. She has had incredible results personally and constantly receives 5* reviews from her customers. We pride our brand on honesty and always put you, the customer first. We always welcome your feedback and you can contact Beth anytime via our email or contact form. We know that happy skin makes you glow from within so we promise to keep created products and ways to do this for you.
Beth grew up by the sea in Sandbanks, so has always loved the water, and after falling in love with surfing at age 18 she went to travel and explore her passion of being in the water. Living in Cape Town and Australia during her early 20’s, she was exposed to the incredible way of living holistically, walking around barefoot in the sand, growing vegetables and making homemade scrubs and face masks. In Australia 2005 she studied a Diploma in Natural Beauty Therapy and Nutrition and has been following her passion for health and wellness ever since. Working in spas and beauty salons, gyms and teaching surfing, it is safe to say that Beth is not one to sit at a desk in an office everyday. She even built and opened a high end beauty salon in 2014 where she employed a team of 6, but closed it in 2018 to pursue her passion for BAO Skincare.
